中文版HB-HBP量表评价老年高血压病人治疗依从性的信度与效度研究

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To translate the English version of Hill-Bone Compliance to High Blood Pressure Therapy (HB-HBP) Scale into Chinese, and then assess the reliability and validity of HB-HBP scale in evaluating the compliance in the elderly patients with hypertension. Methods HB-HBP scale was translated into Chinese with the cultural modification. A total of 242 elderly patients with hypertension were recruited for the assessment of reliability and validity. Results Cronbach’s α coefficient of HB-HBP scale was 0.744 and the test-retest reliability was 0.811. The item-content validity index(I-CVI)value of each item was 0.833-1.000, and scale-content validity index(S-CVI)value was 0.944. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that KMO factor was 0.976 and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 69.31%. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the average variance extracted (AVE) values were higher than 0.5, composite reliability (CR) values were higher than 0.7, and all the standardized loading coefficients were higher than 0.7 in the three dimensions of HB-HBP scale(P<0.001). Conclusions HB-HBP scale is suitable to assess the treatment compliance of the elderly patients with hypertension in China with high reliability and validity.
