Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of cloud platform management mode used in cardiac rehabilitation in the elderly patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in the 3rd ward of the Department of Geriatric Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from 2020 to 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention, and the observation group received cloud platform management mode on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed up for 6 months. The scores of Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale (SAQ), Quality of Life Scale (SF-36), Exercise Fear scale for patients with heart disease (TSK-SV heart), Medication Compliance (MMAS-8) 1 and 6 months after intervention were recorded and analyzed. Results After 6 months of intervention, the scores of SAQ, SF-36 and MMAS-8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the TSK-SV heart score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SAQ, SF-36 and TSK-SV heart in the both groups were improved than those before intervention. Conclusions Cloud platform management mode could effectively improve the medication compliance, alleviate anxiety, and improve quality of life and the heart function in the elderly patients undergoing PCI.
