环境暴露对认知障碍影响的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,环境暴露对人类健康尤其是认知障碍的影响备受关注。本文综述了生活生产中常见的空气污染物(包括颗粒物、臭氧、二氧化硫、氮氧化物和一氧化碳等)以及金属(如铅、镉、汞、砷等)暴露对认知障碍影响的研究进展,阐述了各种污染物及金属影响认知障碍的相关表现及潜在机制。

关键词: 环境暴露, 认知障碍, 空气污染, 金属暴露

Abstract: In recent years, the impact of environmental exposure on human health, especially on cognitive impairment, has attracted increasing attention. This article reviews the influence of exposure to common air pollutants (including particulate matter, ozone, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, etc.) and metals (such as plumbum, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, etc.) in daily life and production on cognitive impairment, and investigates the related manifestations and potential mechanisms on cognitive impairment.
