多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗中重度阿尔茨海默病的研究

摘要： 目的 观察多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗中重度AD的疗效。方法 选取2017年6月至2019年6月期间我院收治的98例老年中重度AD病人作为研究对象,所有病人按随机数表法分为2组,其中对照组49例采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组49例采用多奈哌齐+银杏叶片治疗。比较2组病人治疗前后MMSE评分、活动能力量表(BI)及精神状态(NPI)的变化。比较病人治疗期间不良反应的发生率。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后2组病人MMSE及BI评分均明显上升,NPI评分明显下降,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组病人不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 多奈哌齐联合银杏叶片治疗中重度AD的疗效及安全性均较为可靠。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of donepezil combined with ginkgo biloba tablet for moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 98 elderly patients with moderate to severe AD were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method, including 49 patients in the control group (receiving donepezil) and 49 patients in observation group (receiving donepezil + ginkgo biloba). The changes of Min-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Barthel Index (BI), the Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence rate of adverse reaction during treatment was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of MMSE and BI in both groups were significantly increased, and the score of NPI was significantly decreased, especially in the observation group(P<0. 05). The difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). Conclusions Donepezil combined with ginkgo biloba tablet is reliable and effective in the treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease.
