居家帕金森病病人护理依赖现状及影响因素分析

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To explore the status of nursing dependence in home-based patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) and analyze the influencing factors to provide a reference for formulating targeted intervention measures. Methods A total of home-based 172 patients with PD from March 2021 to July 2022 after treatment at Xiangyang First People's Hospital were enrolled by convenience sampling. Self-designed general data survey scale, Care Dependency Scale (CDC), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were surveyed. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of care dependence in home-based patients with PD. Results The total score of nursing dependence of home-based patients with PD was 61.61±11.11, and the incidence of nursing dependence was 61.0%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the disease course, postural instability/gait disorder, depression and cognitive dysfunction were the influencing factors of nursing dependence in home-based patients with PD (P<0.05). Conclusions The home-based patients with PD have high level of nursing dependence. Attention should be paid to the patients with long course, postural instability/gait disorder, depression and cognitive dysfunction. The effective intervention measures should be taken to improve the quality of life of the patients.
