炎性衰老在阿尔茨海默病疾病进程中的机制研究进展

摘要: 炎性衰老作为衰老过程中出现的低度慢性炎症状态,与许多慢性増龄性疾病密切相关。细胞衰老、线粒体功能障碍、自噬缺陷和线粒体自噬缺陷、肠道微生物失调等年龄相关变化参与引发和维持炎性衰老,并通过促炎机制在AD发生发展中发挥重要作用。与此相关的抗炎治疗也被认为潜力巨大。本文通过分析衰老过程中上述各种因素对于AD炎症的诱发与调控,阐明炎性衰老在AD疾病进程中的重要作用,为相关抗炎治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: As a low-grade chronic inflammatory state in the aging process, inflammaging is closely related to many chronic aging diseases. Age-related changes such as cellular senescence, mitochondrial dysfunction, defective autophagy and mitophagy, and intestinal microbial imbalance are involved in initiating and maintaining inflammaging, and play an important role in the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease (AD) through proinflammatory mechanisms. Related anti-inflammatory therapy is also considered to have great potential. This article analyzes the induction and regulation of inflammation by the above-mentioned factors in the aging process of AD, elucidates the important role of inflammaging in the process of AD, and provides new ideas for related anti-inflammation treatment.
