Abstract

Abstract: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is the end stage of heart disease, which can be induced by various factors, with high mortality and poor prognosis. In recent years, it has been found that the risk of CHF increases with age and cell senescence, which plays an important role in CHF. Therefore, this article reviews the role and therapeutic progress of cellular senescence in CHF through the relationship between different types of cellular senescence and CHF, in order to provide new insights for the research and treatment of CHF.
