老年慢性神经系统疾病的流行病学特点

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经系统疾病已成为全球首要致残因素和第二大致死因素。大多数神经系统疾病的患病率随着年龄的增长而急剧增加,常见的有脑卒中、AD和PD等。正确认识老年人常见神经系统疾病的流行病学特征有助于积极应对这一挑战。本文选取PD、AD及其他痴呆症、脑小血管病及睡眠障碍等几种常见于老年人群的慢性神经系统疾病,对其患病率、发病率、病死率等流行病学现状进行综述。

Abstract: Neurological diseases have become the leading cause of disability and the second leading cause of death globally. The prevalence of most neurological diseases such as stroke, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease increases sharply with age. A proper understanding of the epidemiological characteristics of common neurological diseases in the elderly can help meet this challenge actively. This article reviews the prevalence, incidence and mortality rates of several chronic neurological diseases commonly seen in elderly patients, such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia, cerebral small vessel disease and sleep disorders.
