虚拟现实技术预防老年人跌倒的研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 老年人跌倒频发,预防跌倒已成为不可忽视的公共健康挑战。近年来,虚拟现实(VR)技术在预防老年人跌倒中的应用越来越广泛。本文综述了VR技术在老年人跌倒预防中的积极作用、VR预防跌倒的方式、老年人及医务人员对VR的接受度。本文提出,未来仍需要逐步完善VR技术干预老年人跌倒研究的理论基础,探究VR技术的适老化与情景化改造,并关注老年人的个性化与心理情感需求。

Abstract: Falls are prevalent among the elderly, making fall prevention an undeniable public health challenge. In recent years, virtual reality (VR) technology has been increasingly applied in fall prevention for older adults. This paper reviews the positive role of VR technology in fall prevention, its implementation strategies, and the acceptance among both elderly individuals and healthcare professionals. The study emphasizes the need to further strengthen the theoretical foundation of VR-based interventions for fall prevention, explore age-friendly and context-specific adaptations of VR technologies, and address the personalized and psychological needs of older adults.
