环境激发干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫病人下肢运动功能的影响

摘要: 目的 探讨环境激发干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫病人下肢运动功能的影响。 方法 将60例符合入组标准的老年脑卒中后偏瘫病人按照随机数表法分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组进行常规运动康复训练,观察组进行环境激发干预。于治疗前、治疗4周后分别对2组病人采用下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA-L)、10 m步行测试(10MWT)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)进行评估。 结果 治疗前2组FMA-L、10MWT、MBI差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组FMA-L、10MWT、MBI均较治疗前改善 (P<0.05),且观察组改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。 结论 环境激发干预能有效改善偏瘫病人下肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of environmental stimulation intervention on motor function of lower limbs in the elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods Sixty elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30) according to the random number table method. The control group underwent conventional rehabilitation training and the observation group underwent environmental stimulation intervention. The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale of the Lower Extremity (FMA-L), the 10-m walk test (10MWT) and the Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were measured in the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment, respectively. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of FMA-L,10MWT and MBI in both groups were improved(P<0.05), especially in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusions The environmental stimulation intervention can improve the motor function of lower limbs and the ability of daily living in the elderly patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.
