平衡协调强化训练对老年髋关节置换术后早期下肢运动功能重建的影响

Effect of balance and coordination intensive training on the early reconstruction of lower limb motor function after hip replacement in elderly

摘要: 目的 探讨E-LINK平衡训练仪对老年全髋关节置换术后病人早期下肢运动功能恢复及重建的效果。 方法 选取我院2020年8月至2021年7月收治的72例老年全髋关节置换术后病人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各36例。对照组采用常规康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上利用E-LINK平衡功能训练仪给予平衡协调强化训练,持续干预8周。比较2组病人干预前以及干预第4、8周后髋关节功能的恢复情况、平衡状态、姿势控制及步态功能。 结果 干预前,2组病人Berg量表(BBS)评分、Harris髋关节功能评分表(HHS)评分、“起立-走”计时试验(TUGT)时间及持续双轴压力板峰值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预第4、8周后,2组病人的TUGT时间减少,BBS评分、HHS评分与E-LINK持续双轴压力板峰值均显著提高,观察组的各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 E-LINK平衡训练仪可以促进老年髋关节置换术后病人髋关节功能的恢复,强化平衡协调能力,加速下肢步行与运动功能的重建。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of E-LINK balance training device on the early recovery and reconstruction of lower limb motor function in the elderly patients receiving total hip replacement. Methods Seventy-two elderly patients receiving total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training intervention, and the observation group was given balance and coordination intensive training using E-LINK balance function training instrument on the basis of the control group. The intervention lasted for 8 weeks. The recovery of hip function, balance state, posture control and gait function were compared between the two groups before intervention and 4, 8 weeks after intervention. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score, Harris Hip Score (HHS), Timed Up and Go Test (TUGT) time and peak value of continuous biaxial pressure plate between the two groups (P<0.05). After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, the TUGT time of the two groups decreased, and the BBS score, HHS score and the peak value of the E-LINK continuous biaxial pressure plate increased significantly, especially in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusions E-LINK balance training instrument can promote the recovery of hip function in the elderly patients after hip replacement, and strengthen the balance and coordination ability, and accelerate the reconstruction of lower limb walking and motor function.
