活性维生素D对绝经期2型糖尿病病人的应用效果及安全性

Efficacy and safety of active vitamin D intervention in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要: 目的 探讨活性维生素D对绝经期T2DM病人的应用效果及安全性。方法 选取2016~2019年在南京医科大学附属妇产医院及南京医科大学附属老年医院就诊的T2DM绝经期病人64例,分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)。对照组采用动态监测血糖联合胰岛素泵治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予阿法骨化醇软胶囊。观察2组干预前后FPG、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c,以及炎症因子IL-6、CRP、 IL-17和IL-13水平。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组的FPG、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c、IL-6、CRP和 IL-17水平明显低于对照组, IL-13水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论 活性维生素D联合胰岛素降糖疗法可有效调控炎症因子水平,对于绝经期T2DM病人是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of vitamin D intervention in the postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 64 postmenopausal women with T2DM in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital and the Gariatric Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=32). The control group was treated with dynamic monitoring of plasma glucose combined with insulin pump, and the observation group was given alfacalicol soft capsule intervention on the basis of the control group. The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), IL-17 and IL-13 before and after the intervention were observed in the two groups. Results After vitamin D supplementation, the levels of FPG, 2-h postprandial blood glucose, HbA1c, IL-6, CRP and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the level of IL-13 was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P<0.01). Conclusions Active vitamin D combined with insulin hypoglycemic therapy is a safe and effective treatment for T2DM in the postmenopausal women.
