Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is often accompanied by a spectrum of neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS), which accelerate disease progression, reduce the quality of life of patients, and increase the caregiving burden. However, early identification and effective intervention for AD-related NPS currently face significant challenges. This review summarizes the clinical manifestations, assessment methods, and intervention strategies for AD with NPS, aiming to provide references for the early identification and clinical management of NPS.
