摘要： 老年医学人才培训被我国列为紧缺人才培训项目,国家卫生健康委员会自2021年开始实施全国老年医学人才培训项目,旨在大力培养老年医学专业人员,提高老年医学人才队伍整体素质和专业水平。本文以南京医科大学第一附属医院全国老年医学人才培训基地为例,探索该培训项目的教学改革和创新,并分析总结教学实施过程中的优点与不足,以期进一步加强江苏省老年医学专业人员能力建设,为今后的培训工作提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract: The training of geriatric professionals has been classified as a critical talent training project in China, which aims to significantly expand the geriatric medicine workforce and improve the overall quality and expertise of these professionals. The National Health Commission has been implementing the National Geriatrics Talent Training Program since 2021. In this study, taking the National Geriatric Medicine Talent Training Base at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as an example, we explored the teaching reforms and innovations within the program, and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses encountered during its implementation, in order to further strengthen the capacity building of geriatric professionals in Jiangsu Province and provide valuable insights for future training work.
