四手操作下ADOPT模式在老年急性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果评估

摘要： 目的 评估四手操作下ADOPT模式在老年急性牙髓炎治疗中的应用效果。方法 采用随机抽样法,选取2022年1—12月南京大学医学院附属口腔医院收治的80例老年急性牙髓炎病人作为研究对象,按就诊时间分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组进行四手操作下ADOPT模式治疗,对照组进行常规四手操作治疗。分别采用Frankl量表、正性和负性情绪量表(PANAS)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、护理满意度问卷调查表评定2组病人的治疗依从性、正负情绪、自我效能以及护理满意度并比较。结果 研究组的依从率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的30.0%;研究组的正性情绪得分为(31.32±1.05)分,显著高于对照组的(26.95±1.05) 分;干预后研究组病人的自我效能评分为(37.27±1.79)分,显著高于对照组的(21.15±1.02) 分;研究组的护理满意度为97.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四手操作下ADOPT模式应用于老年急性牙髓炎诊疗过程中可以显著提高病人的治疗依从性、正性情绪和自我效能,以及病人对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the application effect of four-hand operation combined with ADOPT mode in the treatment of acute pulpitis in the elderly. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with acute pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly enrolled in this study using the random sampling method, and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the visiting time, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received four-hand operation combined with ADOPT mode treatment, and the control group received conventional four-hand operation treatment. Frankl Scale, Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS), General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate treatment adherence, positive and negative emotions, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the patients, respectively, and the scores were compared between the two groups. Results The adherence rate in the experimental group was 80.0%, compared with 30.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The positive emotion score in the experimental group was 31.32±1.05, compared with 26.95±1.05 in the control group (P<0.05). The self-efficacy score in the experimental group after the intervention was 37.27±1.79, compared with 21.15±1.02 in the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 97.5%, compared with 72.5% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Four-hand operation combined with ADOPT mode can significantly improve the patients’ treatment compliance, positive emotions and self-efficacy in the elderly patients with acute pulpitis, and improve the patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
