摘要: AD是常见的神经退行性疾病,以进行性认知功能下降和逐渐恶化的精神行为异常为主要特征。研究发现睡眠结构紊乱是阿尔茨海默病的重要危险因素之一,与大脑中β-淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白病理形成以及相关脑区结构、功能变化密切相关。同时,睡眠结构紊乱能与认知功能障碍相互恶化,在AD的进展中起着重要的推动作用。因此,睡眠干预有作为未来AD早期防治策略的潜力。

Abstract: AD is a common neurodegenerative disease, characterized by progressive cognitive decline and gradually worsening neuropsychiatric symptoms. Studies have found that sleep structure disorder is one of the important risk factors of Alzheimer’s disease, which is closely related to the pathological formation of β-amyloid and tau proteins in the brain as well as the structural and functional changes of related brain regions. Meanwhile, sleep structure disorder can worsen cognitive dysfunction and play an important role in the progression of AD. Therefore, sleep intervention has the potential to serve as a future strategy for the early prevention and treatment of AD.
