老年癌痛管理:基于2025版NCCN成人癌痛指南的解读与思考

摘要： 随着人口老龄化的加剧,癌痛已成为影响老年肿瘤患者生活质量的重要问题。本文分析了2025版美国国立综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)成人癌痛指南的更新内容,并以癌痛核心管理流程(评估—干预—再评估)为逻辑框架,重点探讨并总结了针对老年患者的核心管理原则,以期为临床实践提供参考和指导。

Abstract: With the aging population, cancer pain has become a major factor affecting the quality of life of elderly patients with cancer. This article analyzes the latest updates of the 2025 National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Adult Cancer Pain Guidelines. It uses the core cancer pain management process (assessment, intervention, and reassessment) as the framework to discuss management principles specifically tailored for elderly patients, so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
