阿尔茨海默病血浆总抗氧化状态与同型半胱氨酸水平的临床研究

摘要:

目的探讨血浆总抗氧化状态(TAS)和同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)在阿尔茨海默病(AD)中的发病机制。方法选择浦东新区精神卫生中心门诊AD患者198例,以酶法检测血浆TAS与Hcy水平。此期间选择健康体检者77例作对照组对比分析。结果AD患者组血浆TAS和Hcy水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);AD患者血浆TAS与Hcy水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.545,P<0.01)。结论高Hcy血症(HHcy)导致机体抗氧化能力下降,TAS水平的持续低下是AD发病的又一个重要原因。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the relationship between plasma total anti-oxidant status(TAS) and homocysteine (Hcy) levels in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods198 subjects were selected from outpatients of Shanghai Pudong New Area Mental Health Center and their plasma was tested for the items of TAS and Hcy levels by enzymatic methods.ResultsThere were significant differences in TAS and Hcy levels between the test group and control group (both P<0.01). ConclusionsThere was close association between plasma TAS and Hcy levels in AD group. The hypohomocysteinemia(HHcy) may cause the lowing of plasma TAS levels, which can be one of the most important indicators in the diagnosis of AD.
