智能家具技术在非癌症患者缓和医疗中的应用进展

摘要： 缓和医疗是一种通过早期识别并积极处理疼痛及其他躯体、心理、社会和精神问题,提高威胁生命疾病患者及其家庭生活质量的医疗模式。非癌症患者的居家缓和医疗需求日益突出,但传统家庭照护在连续监测和异常情况识别能力等方面存在不足。智能家具技术通过在日常生活载体中嵌入传感监测、风险预警和自动调节等功能,可在症状监测、体位支持、跌倒预警、压伤预防及照护者减负等方面提供支持。本文系统综述了智能家具技术在非癌症患者缓和医疗中的应用进展及现存问题,以期为后续研究与临床实践提供参考。

Abstract: Palliative care is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients with life-threatening diseases and their families through early identification and active management of pain and other physical, psychological, social, and spiritual problems. The demand for home-based palliative care among non-cancer patients is increasingly prominent, yet traditional home care has limitations in continuous monitoring and abnormality detection capabilities. Smart furniture technology, by embedding sensing, risk warning, and automatic adjustment functions into everyday living objects, can provide support in symptom monitoring, postural support, fall prevention, pressure injury prevention, and caregiver burden reduction. This article systematically reviews the application progress of smart furniture technology in palliative care for non-cancer patients and discusses the existing problems, aiming to provide a reference for future research and clinical practice.
