摘要: 在慢性肾脏病病人的管理过程中,营养治疗与药物治疗应有同样重要的地位。研究表明,富含膳食纤维的饮食可以发挥抗炎、改善肠道微生物群及微生态、减少尿毒症毒素产生的作用,进而减缓慢性肾脏病的进展及其相关并发症的发生。本文综述了膳食纤维对慢性肾脏病炎症状态、尿毒症毒素、肠道菌群的作用以及对肾功能和高钾血症的影响,发现在慢性肾脏病管理中,通过饮食干预的方式增加膳食纤维的摄入可以缓解症状、延缓疾病进展,将膳食纤维应用于慢性肾脏病临床饮食治疗具有很好的前景。
