老年失智症的作业治疗:基于指南的范围性综述

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的基于国际指南整合并总结有效的作业治疗措施,为预防与管理老年失智症病人认知心理功能、提高其作业活动表现和生活质量提供参考。方法通过数据库及其他来源的系统检索,纳入近6年包含非药物治疗的失智症相关指南。以证据等级和推荐力度为基础进行加权评分,基于人-环境-作业活动(PEO)模式整合并总结失智症的作业治疗模式和干预方法。结果系统检索及纳入标准筛查后,共计8篇指南纳入作业治疗干预方式总结,整合6大类共24种非药物干预方式,其中8种治疗不推荐,15种治疗推荐,1种治疗强烈推荐。结论指南中干预方式的整合,强调了失智症干预中以病人为中心的多维度综合管理模式的重要性,同时为使用者在不同指南中对作业治疗的权衡和选择提供支持。
