老年心房颤动合并焦虑状态的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 心房颤动是临床上常见的心律失常,年龄是其重要的危险因素。老年病人心房颤动和焦虑状态相互关联,多方面影响诊治和预后。炎症和自主神经系统的研究解释了两者之间的病理生理机制,提示共同的炎症标志物参与老年心房颤动和焦虑状态的发生发展。这些发现表明,对于老年心房颤动病人需联合心理干预进行综合管理。
