【Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ】　ＯｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅTo research morbidity of osteoporosis(OP) and to discuss the relationship between OP and life style in elderly men.ＭｅｔｈｏｄｓThe OP situation of 203 elderly men for health examination were checked. All the height, weight and life style were recorded. 203 cases were divided into 2 groups: case group with OP and control group without OP. Statistical analysis was performed.ＲｅｓｕｌｔｓThe OP prevalence was 53.20％ in elderly men. There were significant differences in factors of age, weight, smoking, exercise and drinking milk between the two groups. It showed age≥70 was an independent risk factor while drinking milk was an independent protective factor for OP by logistic regression analysis.ＣｏｎｃｌｕｓｉｏｎｓOsteoporosis prevalence is higher among elderly men, the occurrence of the osteoporosis should be controlled; The elderly men are to be advised to live a healthier life style such as drinking more milk, doing more exercise and less smoking.
