虚拟现实技术在非癌症患者缓和医疗中的应用进展

摘要: 缓和医疗是针对罹患严重疾病的患者及其家属,基于早期精准评估,实施有效的疼痛及其他不适症状管理,兼顾躯体、社会、心理及灵性需求,以减轻和预防患者及家属痛苦为目标的一种临床治疗方法。随着我国人口老龄化进程加速,社会对缓和医疗的需求显著增加。虚拟现实技术作为一种新兴数字化非药物干预技术,可借助虚拟场景转移患者注意力以缓解不适症状,现已广泛用于多类疾病的康复管理。目前,国外已开展虚拟现实技术结合缓和医疗的相关探索,国内该领域临床实践尚不成熟。本文系统梳理了国内外虚拟现实技术在COPD、心血管疾病、痴呆以及终末期肾病4类非癌症疾病缓和医疗中的应用进展,并对当前研究中的应用效果以及现存难题进行了深入探讨。未来研究需致力于构建标准化诊疗方案,搭建多学科协同诊疗机制,不断优化并推动虚拟现实技术在非癌症患者缓和医疗中的应用。

Abstract: Palliative care is a clinical treatment approach targeted at patients with severe illnesses and their families. Through early and precise assessment, it delivers effective management of pain and other symptoms, addresses physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs, and aims to alleviate and prevent suffering among patients and their relatives. With the accelerated aging of China’s population, the demand for palliative care has risen markedly. As an emerging digital non-pharmacological intervention, virtual reality (VR) technology distracts patients via virtual scenarios to relieve discomfort, and has been widely applied in rehabilitation management for various diseases. Relevant explorations integrating VR with palliative care have been carried out overseas, whereas clinical practices in this field remain immature domestically. This article systematically reviews the progress in the application of VR technology, both domestically and internationally, for four types of non-cancerous diseases—chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), cardiovascular disease, dementia, and end-stage renal disease—and provides an in-depth discussion of the current efficacy of these applications and the challenges that remain. Future research should focus on developing standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols, establishing multidisciplinary collaborative care mechanisms, and continuously optimizing and promoting the application of VR technology in palliative care for non-cancer patients.
