Thera-Band弹力带改善脑卒中偏瘫病人下肢运动功能的效果

摘要: 目的 探讨 Thera-Band 弹力带抗阻力训练对脑卒中偏瘫病人下肢运动功能的影响。 方法 选取2022年1月至2023年4月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫住院病人60例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行Thera-Band弹力带抗阻力训练。采用简化Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定(FMA)、Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)、计时起立行走测试(TUGT)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)对2组病人的康复治疗效果进行评价。 结果 治疗后,2组病人FMA、BBS、TUGT、MBI评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组FMA、BBS、TUGT、MBI评分改善更为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 结论 脑卒中偏瘫病人采用Thera-Band弹力带治疗,能够提高病人下肢运动功能,改善病人的步行和平衡功能,提高病人生活自理能力,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Thera-Band elastic band resistance training on lower limb motor function in the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were enrolled in this study, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received Thera-Band resistance training on the basis of the control group. The simplified Fugl-Meyer Lower limb Motor Function Assessment(FMA), Berg Balance Scale(BBS), Timing up-and-go test(TUGT) and modified Barthel index(MBI) were evaluated before and after rehabilitation. Results After treatment, the scores of FMA, BBS, TUGT and MBI in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05), especially in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusions Thera-Band elastic band can improve lower limb motor function, walking and balance function, self-care ability in the patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
