Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of vaginal bridge repair plus pelvic fascia suture in the treatment of vaginal posterior wall defect.MethodsThe data of 83 patients undergoing vaginal bridge repair plus pelvic fascia suture were retrospectively analyzed. The average time of followup after operation was 2242 months. The change of POPQ degree after the operation was analyzed to investigate the recovery of the pelvic anatomy after the operation. The improvement of the defecation functional disorder was estimated by observing the defecation and the PISQ12 sexual life questionnaire was used to evaluate sexual life quality after the operation.ResultsThe average time of the vaginal bridge repair was 15 min. None of the operations had complications. Only one case recurred. Recurrence rate was 12%. 812% of the patients felt the improvement of the defecation functional disorder.2.63% of the patients had algopareunia. The scores of PISQ showed no significant difference between preoperation(7957±656) and postoperation(7862±640).ConclusionsVaginal bridge repair plus pelvic fascia suture have certain therapeutic effect in the near future. It can improve the constipation and has no effect on the sexual life.
