Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of HPV infection on immune escape of cervical cancer cells.MethodsThe level of HPV mRNA was explored by realtime PCR, meanwhile, the deposition of C3b was detected by flow cytometry.ResultsThe levels of HPV mRNA and C3b deposition were significantly increased in human cervical cancer tissue, especially in elderly group, which contributed to the migration and intrusion of cervical cancer cells.ConclusionsThe results indicate that the infection of HPV might involve in migration and intrusion of cervical cancer cells through inhibiting the deposition of C3b.
