Abstract:

ＯｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅTo investigate the effect of HPV infection on immune escape of cervical cancer cells.ＭｅｔｈｏｄｓThe level of HPV mRNA was explored by realtime PCR, meanwhile, the deposition of C3b was detected by flow cytometry.ＲｅｓｕｌｔｓThe levels of HPV mRNA and C3b deposition were significantly increased in human cervical cancer tissue, especially in elderly group, which contributed to the migration and intrusion of cervical cancer cells.ＣｏｎｃｌｕｓｉｏｎｓThe results indicate that the infection of HPV might involve in migration and intrusion of cervical cancer cells through inhibiting the deposition of C3b.
